Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Time
All orders are estimated to arrive within 7–14 business days after shipment.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees are covered by us — no additional charges will be passed on to the buyer. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
